PaperCut

PaperCut is a software program that manages print jobs sent to the print server.  It shows the cost of print jobs and allows the selection of the account to be charged for printing.

Print Queues

Instead of printing directly to a physical printer, print jobs are sent to a virtual Print Queue.  Once there, they await release (printed). Print jobs are released by going to one of the printers, swiping your UVA ID Card and selecting the print jobs to release.  There is a Print Queue for color and for black and white.
