This error usually occurs after resetting your Netbadge password. Your credentials are saved incorrectly in your Keychain.


To Resolve:

  1. If you currently have anything in your print queue, cancel the print jobs and make sure the queue is not paused. 
  2. Press Command + Spacebar to open Spotlight Search. Search for & Open "Keychain Access"
  3. In the lefthand pane, select "login"
  4. In the Keychain Access window, search for "SecurePrint". Right click (or Ctrl+Click) the individual print queues and select "Delete" and then "Delete" again when it asks if you're sure. 
  5. Try to print something. You will be prompted to type in your (updated) Netbadge password. Be sure to select "Remember this password in my keychain" before clicking OK.
