MacOS Ventura & Above: 

1. Open 'System Settings...' from the Apple menu. 
2. Select 'Printers & Scanners.' 
3. Click 'Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax...'
4. Right click along the top of the window and select 'Customize Toolbar' 
5. Drag and drop the 'Advanced' icon onto the window, then click 'Done'
6. Select the 'Advanced' icon. 
7. Select the 'Windows printer via spoolss' device 'Type'.
8. Enter a 'Device URL' from the table below. 
9. Enter the 'Name' from the table below.
10. Choose a printer driver for this printer by pulling down the drop-down box and selecting 'Generic PCL Printer.'
11. Click the 'Add' button, then click 'OK.'

MacOS Monterey and older: 

1. Open 'System Preferences...' from the Apple menu.

2. Select 'Printers and Scanners'

3. Click the + button to add a new printer. 

4. Click on the 'Advanced' icon. 

5. Select the 'Windows printer via spoolss' device 'Type' 

6. Enter a 'Device URL' from the table below.

7. Enter the 'Name' from the table below. 

8. Choose a printer driver for this printer by pulling down the drop-box and selecting 'Generic PCL Printer' 

9. Click the 'Add' button, then click 'OK.'
