This room offers two presentation options:

  1. Wireless sharing utilizing Zoom Rooms.
  2. Wired sharing for a laptop via HDMI.

Wireless (Zoom)

Enables connection to in-room display; speaker functionality may be limited. Microphone & camera are unavailable using Zoom. 

  • Press Share on Zoom Panel.
  • Open Zoom on laptop.
  • For meetings schedule in room scheduler, select Share in Zoom application.
  • For meetings schedule not in room scheduler, select Share in Zoom application, type in Room Code found on Zoom panel.

Wired

 Enables connection to in-room display, speaker, microphone, and camera using a laptop.

  • Insert HDMI cable* on the credenza into laptop.
  • Volume control using laptop volume settings.
