Bavaro Hall Room 318A supports two presentation options: Wireless sharing using Zoom Rooms and Wired laptop sharing via HDMI. This article explains how to use each option, what features are available, and how to get technical support if needed.

Use this option for screen sharing only.

Steps:
- On the Zoom Room panel, select Share.
- Open the Zoom application on your laptop.
- If your meeting was scheduled using the room scheduler:
- Select Share in the Zoom application.
- If your meeting was not scheduled using the room scheduler:
- Select Share in the Zoom application.
- Enter the Room Code displayed on the Zoom panel.
- Begin sharing your screen.
🔌 Option 2: Wired Laptop Connection (HDMI)
Use this option for full AV functionality.

Steps:
- Locate the HDMI cable on the credenza.
- Connect the HDMI cable to your laptop.
- Some laptops may require an adapter.
- Your screen should automatically appear on the in‑room display.
- Adjust audio using your laptop’s volume controls.
- In Zoom, Teams, or other software, select the room camera and microphone if prompted.

- Wireless (Zoom Rooms) is display‑only and does not support microphones or cameras.
- Wired HDMI provides the most reliable experience for meetings requiring audio or video.
- Volume is controlled directly from your laptop.
- Confirm the correct display is active before starting your session.

3️⃣ Camera or Microphone Not Available
- Wireless sharing does not support cameras or microphones.

- Re‑enter the Room Code if prompted.
