1. Touch the panel to wake the system.
2. Select your presentation option (Lectern Laptop, PC, Wireless, or Doc Cam).
3. Present your content.
4. Power down using the panel before exiting the room.

🔌 Option 1: Wired Laptop (HDMI + USB)

Use this option for full AV functionality.

Steps

1. Touch anywhere on the touch panel to begin.
2. Locate the HDMI and USB cables on the table.
3. Connect both HDMI and USBto your laptop.
   • USB adapters are available from ETO (Ridley 121) if needed.
4. Select Lectern Laptop on the touch panel.
5. In Zoom, Teams, or other software, select the room camera and microphone.
   • If using a USB adapter on Windows, audio may appear as:
     “Crestron (3‑HD Audio Driver for Display Audio)”
6. Adjust audio and camera settings as needed.

🖥️ Option 2: In‑Room PC

Use this option for full AV functionality without connecting a laptop.

Steps

1. Touch the panel to wake the system.
2. Select PC on the panel.
3. Wake the PC if needed by clicking the mouse or pressing a key.
4. Sign in using the mouse and keyboard.
5. In your conferencing software, select the room camera and microphone.

📡 Option 3: Wireless Sharing (Mersive)

Use this option for display sharing only.

⚠️ Limitations

• Displays only
• Microphone and cameras are not available
• Audio support may vary

Steps

1. Touch the panel to begin.
2. Select Wireless.
3. Follow the on‑screen instructions shown on the in‑room display.
4. Connect using your device as prompted.

📄 Option 4: Document Camera

Use this option to display physical documents or objects.

Steps

1. Touch the panel to wake the system.
2. Select Doc Cam.
3. Power on the document camera using the silver power buttonon the right side.
   • The camera may take a few moments to turn on.
4. When finished, power off the document camera.

🎛️ Additional Controls

Audio

• Use the sliders on the bottom and rightof the home screen to adjust:
  • In‑room speakers
  • Lectern microphone level
• For advanced microphone settings, select the sliders icon in the lower‑left corner.
• Portable microphones are located in the bottom‑left cabinet of the podium.

Camera

1. Select the Camera icon in the lower‑left corner.
2. Preview the camera in Zoom or Teams.
3. Use + / – buttons to zoom in or out.
4. Use arrow controls to pan or tilt the camera.
5. 4 camera presetsare available:
   • Adjust the camera.
   • Press and hold a preset to overwrite it.
6. Exit camera controls by tapping the Camera icon again or tapping the grey background.

• Always connect both HDMI and USB when using a laptop.
• Wireless (Mersive) does not support cameras or microphones.
• Power off the document camera after use.
• Power down the room using the panel before exiting.

1️⃣ No Display on Screens

• Confirm the correct source is selected on the panel.
• Check HDMI connection for wired use.

2️⃣ No Audio or Microphone

• Verify USB is connected.
• Re‑select the room audio device in your software.

3️⃣ Camera Not Working

• Confirm you are not using Wireless mode.
• Re‑select the room camera in Zoom or Teams.

4️⃣ In‑Room PC Unresponsive

• Wake the PC with mouse or keyboard.
• Restart if needed.

Which option should I use for Zoom or Teams with video and audio?
Use Lectern Laptop or In‑Room PC.

Do I need adapters?
Some laptops require USB‑C or HDMI adapters. Adapters are available from ETO (Ridley 121).
